Terms of Service

Esther JC (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is a premium jewelry trading platform that provides time-limited competitive pricing services for buyers and sellers. The Platform is not an auction house and does not hold or require any auction business license.

The services provided by the Platform operate under a time-limited competitive offer model, where buyers submit purchase offers within a designated time frame, and sellers decide whether to complete the transaction based on the final offer price.

All transactions on this Platform constitute ordinary commercial sales and are governed by applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws.

1. Users must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to register and use this Platform.

2. Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information and are responsible for account security.

3. Each user may register only one account. Accounts may not be transferred, lent, or shared.

4. The Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

1. Time-Limited Offers: Each item has a designated start and end time during which users may submit offers.

2. Offer Rules: Each offer must be no less than the current highest offer plus the minimum increment. Once submitted, offers cannot be withdrawn.

3. Completion Rules: When the offer period ends, the highest offeror obtains the right to purchase. If the final offer does not meet the seller's reserve price, the seller may decline the transaction.

4. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit ($500 equivalent) is required before participating in offers to ensure transaction integrity. The deposit may be refunded at any time upon request.

5. Payment Obligation: After successfully securing an item, the buyer must complete full payment within the specified timeframe. Failure to pay may result in transaction cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

1. All jewelry items displayed on this Platform have been professionally appraised and come with corresponding certification.

2. Product descriptions, images, and videos strive for accuracy, though minor color variations may occur due to photography conditions.

3. If a buyer finds that the received item significantly differs from its description, they may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

4. The Platform provides an authenticity guarantee. If an item is determined to be inauthentic by an authorized institution, a full refund will be issued.

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface designs, and software code, is protected by intellectual property laws. No person may copy, distribute, or otherwise use such content without the Platform's written permission.

1. The Platform provides transaction facilitation services only and makes no promises regarding the investment value or appreciation potential of any item.

2. The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or transaction losses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures, or policy changes.

3. Losses caused by user operational errors (such as incorrect offers) are the user's sole responsibility.

4. The Platform is not responsible for the security or reliability of third-party links or services.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Platform is located.

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
